Since arriving from Thailand in 2007 I have been surprised, yet pleased, at the extent to which Thai food has captivated the western palate. There is an unmistakable demand for Thai food to be authentic and I am proud to offer this assurance to my customers.
I only use the freshest of ingredients and whilst maintaining authenticity, I also enjoy satisfying individual preferences. Consequently, my kitchen will cook many of our dishes “to order”. For example, our Phad Thai noodles are traditionally made with king prawns and chicken, but should you prefer another meat or seafood, please don’t hesitate to ask. The level of spiciness can also be requested. If no direction is given, we will prepare your meals in accordance with how they are prepared in my hometown in Thailand. All of our main courses are gluten and lactose free and contain no MSG.
